1. Be respectful to staff, equipment, and other drivers around you. EkarTraceway is “NOT” a bumper kart venue but a simulated hi-performance race track to foster the art of driving.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        2. Over-aggressive drivers on severe bumping of karts or barriers during forced passing will be black-flagged. Two black flags and you just forfeited your race and got disqualified. Lapped/slow karts should "give way” when blue flags are given.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        3. The rule of the house is “You break it, you fix it”. After all, it’s our karts, our equipment, the barriers, and karts are designed for protection against minor scrapes and incidents but not stupidity and over-the-limit, abusive reckless drivers.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       4. Safety steward’s decision is final. Disabled kart means the end of the session.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       5. Point system accumulated each race. Yearly champion to be awarded at the end of the year.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       6. Schedules assigned are to be observed; late arrivals will forfeit their session.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       7. Absolutely no physical altercation, abusive language allowed.
